From the May Board Meeting.
New Bowls rings: Have been obtained.
New Club Structure: The possibility of combining our three committees has been discussed. Board members have been asked to get as many structures of other clubs with combined Men’s and Ladies’ sections as possible. Input from members is needed.
Next Syllabus: Dennis Clarke will produce a monthly calendar of club events. This will be published on our new website and will be printed for members. We will have a meeting in the near future to plan our syllabus.
Temporary Treasurer: Dennis Clarke will be temporary treasurer while Barry Fulton is away. Barry will return on 9 August.
Welcome to new members: Geoff Thorpe, David Fogg, Darren Gordon, Edel Zentgraf, Bryan Walker and Sharon Walker were accepted as Affiliated Members and Ebony Gordon was accepted as a Junior Member.
Clothing Prices: We will continue with the same prices for clothing as last year.
Payment of players was discussed. The club will not be paying players this year.
Working Bees: We will have a general working bee on 19 August followed by a sausage sizzle starting at
