Mens Presidents Handicap Finals 2016

On Sunday November 20 the Lara Bowling Club, Mens Presidents Handicap Grand Final was played.

Leigh Hanlon defeated Les Hutchinson in the Semi Final 21-15 to earn his berth. Garry Hinch defeated Michael Fedyk in the other Semi Final 21-19 to earn his spot in the final.

A good crowd came out to watch Garry Hinch, the winner of the last two Presidents Handicaps, play Leigh Hanlon in the final.

In warm conditions, Leigh Hanlon won the match 21-16. The club would like to congratulate Leigh on his victory, and also to Garry who almost had a 'threepeat' in the title.

The club would also like to thank all competitors and also to the members who gave up their Sundays to mark the games.
