2024/2025 Saturday pre-season Pennant practice matches

As we prepare for the upcoming Pennant season, the selection committee has arranged a series of practice matches for paid members who have expressed interest in playing Pennant on Saturdays.

If you’d like to participate in any of the pre-season matches, please add your name to the registration sheets at the club.

If you haven’t yet registered your interest or paid your membership, now is the time to do so.

We will be submitting our Division lists to GBR by mid-September, so we need to confirm the total number of players to ensure we can meet our Saturday Pennant commitments.

Here is a list of the pre-season games:

• Friday September 20: Vs Hoppers Crossing at Lara, 530pm under lights.
• Saturday September 21: Intraclub game at Lara 1200pm (Note, this is a compulsory game, full uniform for all member group photo, followed by a bbq after the game)
• Saturday September 28: AFL Grand Final day!
  Nominated 2xbowl triples, 2×8 ends, start 12:00 pm (Social, intraclub)
• Saturday October 5: Vs Melton at Melton, 1230pm. (Free bbq after the game)
• Friday October 11: Div1 only vs Bareena at Lara 530pm under lights.
• Saturday October 12 (TBA)
• Friday October 18: Div 1 and 3 vs Bell Post Hill at Lara at 530pm under lights.
• Saturday October 19: Div 1 vs Bareena at Bareena 1230pm.
